新增数据重新绑定后出错.

     在窗口中新增一条数据,保存成功后重新绑定表格出现错误,请高手解答

这是新增数据代码,新增完成后重新绑定的时候出错

这是绑定表格的代码,打开窗口时绑定不会有问题
