为什么拉控件到页面就报错.具体不知道什么错误

这些我都配置了。我下载的4.1.5版本。我引用了FineUI.ddl和Newtonsoft.Json.dll3.5的。但是我一拉控件到页面。就显示不了。也不知道具体什么错误。是不是我项目和FineUI冲突了呢。具体我是少了哪一步呢？求答案
