DropDownList控件绑定数据因特殊字符，导致选择事件失效！

绑定的数据中如果出现特殊字符，比如：罗马数字或者乘号之类，DropDownList在选择第一项时无法进入事件。绑定数据中，英文数字汉字一切正常！

测试浏览器：Chrome，IE8，IE10，IE11

已经解决，原来是强制选中惹得祸，不能用强制选择。
